Economics Outreach for Local Government Agencies Staff

This economics outreach program is developed for local government agencies staff in order to provide them with basic and advance tools in the following fields of specialization and to provide them with information about the long-term economic contributions of the economic sectors under their jurisdiction:

  1. MarketMaker: A Tool to Promote Local Food and Seafood Products, and Outdoor Tourism Services

  2. Economic Impacts Assessment: A Suggested Approach in Estimating Economic Impacts of Programs and Regulations

  3. Natural Disaster Economics: A Suggested Approach in Estimating Damages Due to Natural Disasters

  4. Technological Disaster Economics: A Suggested Approach in Estimating Damages Due to the Deepwater Horizom Oil Spill
