1. To develop economic forecasting models that will measure impacts of changes in marine resources management systems and natural environments.

Expected Outputs:

1. Alternative management practices for marine resources vital to sustainable regional economic growth; and
2. Economic valuation of marine resources under different management, regulatory and environmental scenarios.
